Spegra 90 Tablet (Dolutegravir 50 mg + Emtricitabine 200 mg + Tenofovir Alafenamide 25 mg) is a Schedule H prescription-only fixed-dose antiretroviral medicine. It must be taken only under the supervision of a qualified HIV specialist or registered medical practitioner. Do not start, stop, or change the dose of Spegra 90 without medical guidance, as inappropriate use may lead to drug resistance, treatment failure, kidney or liver toxicity, or serious adverse effects.
