Alafevir DE PEP Tablet is a Schedule H prescription-only antiretroviral medicine containing Dolutegravir 50 mg, Emtricitabine 200 mg and Tenofovir Alafenamide 25 mg, used for HIV post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) after a possible exposure to HIV-1. Because PEP must be started as early as possible (ideally within 72 hours of exposure), taken as a complete 28-day course, and supported by HIV testing and medical monitoring, it should only be taken under medical supervision and exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
