Job Description
Position: General Physician/Consultant Doctor
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Doctor to deliver high-quality medical care, diagnose conditions, and manage HIV care, sexual health, and mental health issues for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consultations for all patients visiting TAAL+ and IHC.
- Prescribe medications, order laboratory investigations, and make referrals as needed.
- Conduct counseling sessions for patients to address health concerns and provide support.
- Build strong rapport with clients to enhance trust and communication.
- Ensure timely follow-up with patients who are scheduled for visits, coordinating with the Project Manager
- Maintain accurate and organized records in prescribed formats, including UBQ.
- Assist the Data Manager with the maintenance of ERP software and other data-related activities in their absence.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and collaborate with the Project Coordinator to address them.
- Coordinate with NGOs, CBOs, and institutions working in the field of HIV/AIDS connected to TAAL+ IHC.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree with a valid medical license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
