Job Description

Role Summary

The E-commerce & Digital Operations Manager oversees end-to-end e-commerce strategies, ERP implementation, backend management, WhatsApp interaction, and social media marketing. This position is responsible for driving online revenue, optimizing digital processes, ensuring customer engagement, and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase revenue and enhance user experience.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment, ensuring smooth e-commerce operations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, sales reporting, and customer feedback analysis for continuous improvement.

ERP Software Implementation & Management

  • Lead ERP integration across departments to streamline operations and data accuracy.
  • Configure and maintain ERP modules, monitor KPIs, and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Train and support staff on ERP functionalities, ensuring effective usage across teams.

WhatsApp Interaction & Customer Engagement

  • Design and manage interactive WhatsApp chat flows to enhance customer experience and support.
  • Monitor WhatsApp analytics to optimize response times and ensure a seamless journey for users.
  • Train customer service representatives on live chat protocols, and improve API integrations.

Backend Management

  • Manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs for secure, efficient backend operations.
  • Ensure backend optimization for performance, security, and integration with front-end elements.
  • Troubleshoot backend issues and perform system maintenance to ensure reliability.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives.
  • Manage content calendars, posts, and audience engagement on various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversion.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
 
Experience:

  • Proven track record in e-commerce management, ERP software, backend development, WhatsApp interaction management, and social media marketing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, CRM and chatbot software, server-side programming languages, and social media analytics.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to new digital trends.
