Returns and Refund Policy

GENERAL

1.1. TAAL+ INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE (IHC) & COMMUNITY PHARMACY (CP), a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at 401, 3rd Floor, Ganga Prestige Arcade, 612M, Nana Peth, Opp. Ghodepeer Bus Stop, Pune – 411002. (“TAAL+”, “TAAL”, “we”, “us” or “our”), manages and operates www.taalhealthcare.com  under the brand name TAAL+ (collectively referred to as the “Website”) where you can place orders to purchase the Products and/or Services offered by us listed/available on the Website (“User” or “Users” or “you”).

1.2. This return, refund, and cancellation refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions [accessible at https://taalhealthcare.com/terms-and-use/] sets out TAAL+ procedures and policies in accepting: (a) Return, (b) Refund, and (c) Cancellation thereof. Any return or cancellation of Products or Services by you are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

1.3. By agreeing to use the Website and/ or purchasing a Products and/or Services on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Website If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Website.

  1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

2.1. By agreeing to use the Website and/or placing a request for purchase of Product(s) and/or Services on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Website.

2.2. Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund and cancellation of an order for Products on the Website. Every time you wish to use the Website, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

2.3. Please carefully read all the parts to understand the conditions applicable in case of returns, refunds and cancellation of a Product.

  1. TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS

By agreeing to use the Website and/or placing a request for purchase of Product(s) and/or Services on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Website.

3.1. Return Policy: We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an (a) incomplete order, (b) expired product, (c) incorrect product, please notify TAAL+ Support immediately within 24 hours of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that TAAL+  will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. No return of damaged products is possible once part or whole of the product has been used.

3.2. To raise the return request and return an item, you can call our help desk at 7030 92 0606 (Working window on Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 26th January, 15th August, 2nd October, and major festivals in India will be considered as non-business days.) or email us at taalcommunitypharmacy@gmail.com.

3.3. User cannot return non-refundable Product; it is User’s responsibility to check whether the Product falls under returnable/non-returnable category before placing an order.

3.4. Also, TAAL+ reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange”.

3.5. Refund Policy: At TAAL+ , we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

Full Refund Possible If:

         a. ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.

b. you have received the product that has crossed the expiry date It is hereby clarified that in-case return is requested for reasons attributable to the User, we accept no return of any product come what may.

3.6. Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing, and we have no control over that. In case if it is to be refunded to User’s bank account, the User will have to provide the bank account details.

3.7. Refund timelines depend on bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines. This may change from time to time. Business days shall mean the working days on which TAAL+ corporate office operates.

3.8. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take User feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

3.9. Cancellation: Product Cancellation: User may cancel the order of a product before it is out for delivery. On the receipt of order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect.

3.10. Cancellations by TAAL+: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include

         I. limitationson quantities available for purchase

                  II. inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information       

                  III. problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department              

3.11. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account as provided in the ‘Refunds’ section below.
